Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) B737
Course Summary
The RWL multi-crew co-operation course comprises at least:
25 hours of theoretical training and exercises;
20 hours of practical training in the B737 CLS or NG full flight simulator.
Course Contents
Theoretical training introduction for MCC training comprises 18 hours classroom introduction spread over min. 3 days and 7 hours supplementary procedure training in the training crews.
The practical training in multi-crew co-operation comprises 20 hours B737 full flight simulator.
The course provides students with opportunities to practice the skills that are necessary to be effective team members and leaders. RWL training exercises include students as crew members in 10 hours pilot flying and 10 hours pilot monitoring roles.
