
Course Summary
RWL provides JAR-FCL certified ground school and simulator type training to major airlines in Europe. RWL offers this same quality training to suitably qualified private individuals who desire type rating training on the Boeing 737 series.
Course Contents
The theoretical part of the course consists of CBT and Classroom Instruction spread over 3 weeks including FMS training as well as SOP training.
The practical TR training comprises 40 hours B737 full flight simulator spread over 2,5 weeks.
RWL has one B737-300/400 full flight simulator (CAE) as well as one B737 New Generation (Thomson) full flight simulator. RWL training exercises include students as crew members in 20 hours Pilot Flying and 20 hours Pilot Monitoring roles.Upon successful completion of the course the applicants will undergo a License Skill Test (LST).
B737 Integrated Type Rating & MCC Course
RWL also offers a combination MCC & Type Rating. For candidates who have not completed an MCC-course an extra 25 hours of theoretical knowledge training and exercises will be given as well as additional Simulator Training prior to starting the Type rating. Base Training
Following successful completion of the ground school and simulator course modules, the pilot candidate will complete Base Training with one of a number of airlines that are associated with this training program. Candidates should note that the Base Training provided by the airline is in no way associated with any recruitment or interviewing process of that airline.

Duration
Duration of type rating will be approximately 5 - 6 weeks.
Location
At RWL German Flight Academy Training Center in Mönchengladbach, Germany.
